If you are planning to visit Dhanaulti by flight “Jolly Grant Airport”, is the nearest airport. This airport is situated 83 km’s away from Dhanaulti. Taxi’s and cabs are easily available from the airport to the Dhanaulti hill station.

BY BUS

Dhanaulti is very well connected via roads with major places of the entire Uttrakhand state and other nearby states like Delhi as well. Buses to Dhanaulti is easily available from ISBT Kashmiri Gate. Dhnaulti is situated on Mussoorie – Chamba road.

DRIVE

By using National Highway 58, you could easily reach Dhanaluti in approx 8 hours. Roads are in good condition throughout the year. If you start early or late night you would get less traffic.

Dhanaulti is actually a hill station, which is approx 24 km away from Mussoorie and 31 kms from Chamba, in the state of Uttrakhand.

It is situated at an altitude of 2286m and is known for its quiet environs amidst the alpine forests of Deodar, Rhododendron and Oak.

Dhanaulti is a peaceful place to see, as it is away from the crowds, busy markets and pollution. This place would give you absolute peace of mind and soul. Greenery all around and the hush would give you pleasure.

• If you are looking forward to too many places to see or visit. Perhaps Dhanaulti is not a right place for you. As this is scarcely populated hill station.
• There is no ATM and Petrol Pump at Dhanaulti. So be prepared. As the nearest ones are situated approx 30 KM’s from the place.
• Do check the road conditions before visiting the place. As the roads in monsoon season are bit disturbed.

The best time to visit Dhanulti is from September to June. It has good temperature climate throughout the year. The seasons that one should avoid visiting these places are Monsoons and Winters (Peak Time). July and August are the time with peak monsoon season, at this time you would get disturbed roads.
